Angelica Root

Angelica root, a herb native to eastern North America, has a range of beneficial applications. Known by many names, including Angelica archangelica, the herb known as Angelica root is a tall, robust plant with big white blossoms. It is widespread from Ontario to Tennessee and can reach a height of four to six feet. Because it includes vitamins B12, fructose, glucose, magnesium, iron, potassium, thiamin, sucrose, zinc, and trace minerals, it is a well-liked organic herb.
