Order Processing & Shipping

All online orders shipped via UPS are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Orders shipped via USPS may require an additional business day for processing, depending on our USPS pickup schedule.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive the available tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated in real time during checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.

After adding your products to the cart, you can also view the applicable estimated shipping charges before completing your order.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $70

Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

Free Shipping Terms

  • The $70 minimum is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
  • Free shipping applies to eligible orders shipping within the contiguous United States.
  • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.
  • International orders are not included in the standard free-shipping offer.
  • Herbal Organic Works reserves the right to select the shipping carrier for orders receiving free shipping.

  • Herbal Organic Works reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free shipping offer at any time.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to additional charges, including customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and government inspection fees.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs, or other fees charged by their destination country.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times can vary depending on your shipping destination, carrier, shipping method, weekends, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

The shipping time shown during checkout provides the best available estimate for your order.

Please note that order processing time and transit time are separate. Orders generally require 1–2 business days for processing before being handed over to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier. While Herbal Organic Works works to process orders promptly, carrier delays may occasionally occur.
