Boneset is a striking member of the daisy family (Asteraceae), growing in wetlands, marshes, and along shorelines from Florida to Canada and west to Texas  easily recognized by its long leaves that converge around the stem, as if pierced through the middle ("perfoliata" means "through the leaves"). A distinctive herb with deep roots in North American folk tradition, treasured by herbal enthusiasts for generations. Add up to 1 tablespoon to hot water, steep 2–3 minutes, strain, and enjoy this classic botanical tea.
